THE MIRAGE LAS VEGAS AND ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE INVITE GUESTS TO LIVE LIKE A ROCK STAR OCTOBER 1-3

Las Vegas, Nev. (August 26, 2010)— The Mirage and Rolling Stone magazine have partnered to develop the ultimate party on The Strip during the Live Like A Rock Star Weekend October 1-3, 2010. Beginning Friday, Oct. 1, this event weekend at The Mirage will include an electrifying concert by alternative rock band Weezer and a celebrity-filled red carpet at the Rolling Stone VIP Hot Issue Party at JET Nightclub. Continuing the festivities on Saturday, Oct. 2, Rolling Stone and The Mirage will host a Poolside Recovery Party at BARE pool Lounge. Celebrity DJs are confirmed for all events.

Going all out in true rock star style, The Mirage Rolling Stone Rock Star Weekend sweepstakes will award four lucky winners an exclusive experience at the resort. The package includes roundtrip airfare for two on Southwest Airlines, a three-day/two-night stay in a newly remodeled Mirage Tower Suite, roundtrip limo transportation from McCarran International Airport, and access to Rolling Stone’s invitation-only VIP Hot Issue Party.
